In January 2021, I set out an aim - to write, record and release a new piece of music every month in 2021. Twelve months later, here is the result. It started out with instrumental sketches done in one session, and morphed into a much more fleshed out project. It taught me that I could produce music on demand, and gave me a creative framework to explore weird and wonderful new ideas.

Want to do a Spaghetti Western theme? Cool, no worries. A spiritual and existential dance banger? No worries. An eerie Halloween inspired dark trap beat? You get the idea. I'm chuffed to be able to look back on this project as a whole now, with all it's strange twists and turns. It's widened the musical horizons for Sangha Sounds, and fostered a discipline and belief I never knew I had.
